SIP: Comfort and quiet - a warm and dry microclimate.
The sealed circuit and high insulation thickness without “cold bridges” make the house noticeably warmer than a typical brick house of the same size. Good sound insulation, stable humidity, and mold protection are achieved through well-designed components and controlled air exchange.
SLC: Monolithic foam concrete house on a metal frame.
