We offer several ready-made solutions that can be customized to your taste – from compact single-storey houses to spacious villas with terraces and swimming pools. All models are built on the basis of steel frame with foam concrete filling, providing thermal insulation, durability and comfort. Choose the project that suits you and get a house ready for life.
Each project is developed taking into account the climate of the region and the peculiarities of the site, and can be adapted to the requirements of permanent or seasonal residence. Our architects and engineers accompany the process at all stages – from the first sketches to the delivery of the finished house.

Retro looks on one level
Nova is a single level home designed for a family of 4-5 people. The facade has an understated modern style with clean walls. The design is also inspired by the styles of the 60’s and 70’s. The elegant facade blends in perfectly with the city and the surrounding nature.
The design of the facade of the house uses three different colors to create stunning effects of light and shadow and multi-dimensionality. The house is suitable for flat or gently sloping plots. The layout is functional and practical. In the center of the house there is a built-in kitchen-dining-living room and a large glazed terrace. The Loft is a spacious and bright two-story industrial style home. The loft is suitable for both an urban environment and a lush wooded lot. The loft is characterized by a clear facade with a high profile. Solutions can be easily adapted to your wishes.
In keeping with the industrial style, even the roughest materials and solutions are used in the loft. The layout is practical. The spacious living-dining room with large windows to the ceiling impresses with its view. Each bedroom in the house has access to a terrace or balcony. Next to the main entrance there is an entrance to a utility room with a checkroom. On the second floor there is a sauna and laundry room with direct access to the large entrance hall.
