We are the House in Spain team, led by Sergey Avtonomov.
Since 2009, we have been creating modern, energy-efficient homes in Spain — from concept to turnkey completion.
Our main advantage is our own production facilities in Tenerife, where we manufacture SIP and SLC structures, as well as cement-bonded particle boards for home kits. This allows us to control every stage — from selecting materials to final assembly.
We work with Spanish architects, engineers, and builders to ensure legality, quality, and a 10-year guarantee.

FAQ – Questions & Answers
Is it legal to build SIP houses in Spain?
Yes. We work officially, in accordance with the CTE (Código Técnico de la Edificación) building regulations. All projects are developed in collaboration with licensed Spanish architects and are approved by the municipality.
What documents and licenses are required to begin construction?
We take full responsibility for obtaining permits and technical supervision. The package includes:
- architectural design signed by a Spanish architect;
- building permit (Licencia de obra);
- civil liability insurance (Seguro RC);
- company registration in the REA (Registro de Empresas Acreditadas).
How long does it take to build a house?
SIP construction installation — 2–4 weeks, turnkey construction — 4–6 months. The timeframe depends on the area, complexity of the project, and finishing.
Can changes be made to the standard design?
Yes, of course.
Any changes—windows, layout, finishing materials—are discussed when signing the contract and included in the final estimate. We adapt each project to your wishes and the specific features of the site.
