When you buy a SIP-house kit, you get all the necessary materials and elements for quick and high-quality construction of housing. The kit includes panels, insulation, doors, windows, roofing, interior and exterior finishing, as well as heating, electricity and plumbing systems. This construction format allows you to significantly reduce the time required to erect a house and reduce costs without compromising quality.

What we offer for that amount:
The Eco-SIP house includes the following finishing materials:
- External walls: 174 mm thick Eco-SIP panels with PPS-20 polystyrene (EPS) insulation.
- Soil: Choice of flooring: Porcelain stoneware, Laminate (cost up to 19 euros).
- External roof: 174 mm thick Eco-SIP panels with PPS-20 polystyrene (EPS) insulation.
- Between floors: 220 mm thick wooden beams with 200 mm thick mineral wool 200 mm thick OSB-3 15 cm thick.
- Internal walls: 124 mm thick SIP panels with PPS-20 polystyrene (EPS) insulation.

What we offer for that amount:
- Interior wall finishes: Gypsum board and installed over the structure, finished and painted.
- Interior ceiling finish: Plasterboard boards installed over the structure, finished and painted.
- Room finishes: Flooring, laminate parquet or ceramic tiles.
- Doors: Entrance doors are made of quality metal materials for added strength and security. Interior doors are made of MDF.
- Windows: PVC windows of very high quality with triple glazing for additional heat and sound insulation.
- Decorating bathrooms and kitchens: Wall and floor coverings that meet durability and moisture requirements. Completed installation of sanitary fixtures, faucets, sinks, showers and bathtubs.

Windows up to 15 m² are included in the price
What we offer for that amount:
- Decorating bathrooms and kitchens: Wall and floor coverings that meet resistance and humidity requirements. Prefabricated installation of plumbing fixtures, faucets, sinks, showers and bathtubs.
- Electricity: Wiring with switches, sockets and electrical panel. Proper installation of the electrical network and the use of reliable materials is an important element of safety.
- Facade cladding: External plastering with white cement mortar followed by two coats of moisture resistant paint.
- Roof: Tile or similar cladding.
- Heating: Aerothermal installation, underfloor heating.

These are only the basic materials used to build an Eco-SIP house.
The final configuration and choice of materials may vary depending on your preferences and agreed budget.
Terms of production and construction of the house:
- Production time for the kit is 30-45 days.
- Delivery time 3-5 days.
- Construction time 60-90 days.
Warranty
- 1 year for defects in finish.
- 3 years for defects affecting habitability.
- 10 years for defects affecting the structural safety of the facility.
